1. Introduction

Welcome to Vetzilla, a SaaS platform designed for the comprehensive management of veterinary clinics. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service operated by Vetzilla.

Legal Headquarters: Vetzilla is incorporated in Mexico and provides services to veterinary clinics internationally.

2. Acceptance and Beta Version

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you declare that you have the legal authority to represent it.

Disclaimer — Beta Version

Important Note: Vetzilla is currently in beta version.

      • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

      • Features may be incomplete or modified without prior notice.

      • You use the Service at your own risk; we are not responsible for loss of records or interruptions during this testing period.

      • Recommendation: Maintain independent backups of your critical data.

    3. Service Description

    Vetzilla provides software tools for:

        • Clinical records management (clients and patients).

        • Appointment scheduling and inventory management.

        • Billing, reporting, and staff administration.

      Medical Disclaimer: Vetzilla is exclusively a management tool. It does not provide diagnosis or veterinary advice. Clinical decisions are the sole responsibility of the licensed professional.

      4. Accounts and Subscriptions

      Account Management

          • You must provide accurate information when registering.

          • Confidentiality: Credentials are personal and non-transferable. Each staff member must have their own account.

        Payments and Cancellation

            • Billing: Access is provided under a prepaid subscription (MXN, USD, or CAD).

            • Renewal: Renewal is automatic at the end of each cycle unless canceled beforehand.

            • Late Payment: Failure to pay after 0 days may result in service suspension. Data is retained for 30 days before deletion.

            • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your settings. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused time.

          5. Data Ownership and Privacy

          Data Ownership (Your Content)

          You are the full owner of the data you upload (patient records, business data). You grant us a limited license only to process it for the purpose of providing the service to you.

          6. Prohibited Uses

          The following are strictly prohibited:

              • Uploading malware or attempting to breach our infrastructure.

              • Automated data extraction (scraping).

              • Storing human health records.

              • Impersonating third parties.

            7. Limitation of Liability

            To the maximum extent permitted by law:

                • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
