How to Transfer Inventory Between Veterinary Branches

Accurate Multi-Branch Control: Recording an outbound stock transfer allows you to move inventory between locations while ensuring stock is properly deducted from the origin and credited to the destination with zero inventory discrepancies.

Access Prerequisites

User Permissions

To initiate a stock transfer, you must log in from the origin branch (the clinic sending the supplies). Additionally, your user profile must have assigned access rights to the destination branch managed by your administrator.

Step-by-Step: Recording an Outbound Transfer

Follow these steps within the platform to process item or pharmaceutical transfers:

1 Select Origin Branch Verify in the top menu bar that you are currently logged into the branch sending the stock.
2 Go to Inventory Movements From the main sidebar, open the Inventory section and select Inventory Movements.
3 Create Outbound Movement Click the action button to register a new entry and select Outbound Movement.
4 Select Destination Branch From the target dropdown menu, pick the receiving facility (Destination Branch).
5 Map & Select Products Search for the item in the Origin Branch (A) and link/map it to its equivalent entry in the Destination Branch (B) to ensure accurate inventory adjustments across both locations.
6 Confirm Transfer Enter the transfer quantities and submit to update stock counts in real time.
